Vehicle Story

This 1984 Chevrolet C10 Silverado has been with the seller for the past 6 months after spending over 30 years in a garage while being driven minimally and is now available with just over 44,000 original miles on the odometer. Power is supplied to the rear wheels by the original 305ci small-block V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission which is reported to run and drive without any notable issues. Features include factory air conditioning, a heater/defroster, power steering, power brakes, spray-on bed liner, AM/FM radio and power windows and locks. Located in Boerne, Texas, the seller offers a clean title along with the sale.

Finished in Dark Blue (29/WA7349) with chrome side accents, the single cab Silverado-trimmed exterior features tinted side windows, an 8-foot truck bed coated in a black spray-on bed liner, chrome accents, a vertically stacked 4-headlamp grille and a cowl hood. The seller reports no notable rust is showing on the factory sheet metal and the paint appears to have retained its condition well.

Factory Rally wheels are chrome-lipped 15x8-inch stamped steel units with bowtie-branded center caps wrapped in the original set of 225/75r15 tires. Power steering is equipped while stopping power is provided by a power braking system and suspension consists of a leaf-sprung solid rear axle and a coil-sprung independent front end.

The interior is outfitted in varying shades of blue throughout with blue cloth upholstery over the door panels and bench seating on top of match carpeting and dash pieces. Interior equipment includes a heater/defroster, factory air conditioning, power windows and locks, AM/FM radio and cruise control.

Instrumentation is framed by a tilt steering wheel and consists of an 85-mph speedometer along with dials for fuel level, oil pressure, battery voltage and coolant temperature. An additional aftermarket dash-mounted gauge cluster has been installed and the 5-digit odometer was last reported to show 44,371 original miles.

Power is sent to the rear wheels by the original 305ci V8 and 3-speed automatic transmission which appear to have been updated with a newer chrome Edelbrock air cleaner and 4-barrel carbureted aluminum intake manifold. The drivetrain was regularly exercised during the 30-year storage period and the seller reports no notable issues or leaks.
