1990 Chrysler TC by Maserati

This 1990 Chrysler TC by Maserati has driven 80,275 miles since new and is powered by an original Mitsubishi sourced 3.0L V6 MPI engine paired with an Ultradrive 4-speed automatic transmission. This rare Chrysler TC was previously on display in the St Louis car museum and benefits from a convertible top, full power options, new battery, and automatic climate control with cold AC. This rare find convertible is an all-original example and is now offered with a clean CARFAX report, records from current and previous ownership, paperwork from the assembly line, and a clear Missouri title in the seller’s name.

Produced for only 3 years (1989-1991) as a joint collaboration between Chrysler and Maserati, this Chrysler TC is very rare as only 1,900 cars were produced in 1990. Finished in factory Jet Black Crystal Coat with a red pinstripe, stainless steel exhaust system, and a black cloth convertible top, this 1990 example includes an auxiliary hardtop with beveled glass porthole windows/rear defrost, black bumpers front and rear, along with chrome accents for the grille, bodyside moldings, and window surrounds. There are scripted Maserati logos on the front grille, as well as on the rear of the vehicle. 

Custom “Lace” style aluminum 15” wheels with Maserati center caps are wrapped in new UNIROYAL Tiger Paw tires. Additionally, an upgraded suspension systems with front & rear sway bars was added, along with power rack/pinion steering, and 4-wheel power disc brakes. Per the seller, new front brakes were installed recently.

The interior is fitted with hand-stitched Italian, 6-way power-adjustable black leather bucket seats, and matching door panels, carpeting, and Maserati-embroidered floor mats. The center console, dash, shifter, and leather-wrapped steering wheel are contrasting black with woodgrain veneer. Amenities include automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows, power door locks, and a 10-speaker Infinity Stereo sound system with cassette. The rear storage compartment includes the factory spare, tools, and a special umbrella.

Instrumentation behind the stock, tilt steering wheel provides a 125-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 80,275 miles, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown. The seller states that the speedometer gets stuck sometimes. 

The 3.0-liter sends power to the rear wheels through a Ultradrive 4-speed automatic transmission. According to the seller, recent services include a new battery, alternator, and radiator.
