This 2010 Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 is a one-owner performance coupe that has covered just 11,856 miles since new and is powered by a supercharged and intercooled 6.2-liter LS9 V8 mated to a 6-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip rear differential. This C6 Corvette was originally sold from Apple Chevrolet in Tinley Park, Illinois in November 2009 and received consistent maintenance at that same dealership during the subsequent years. Upgrades include the 3ZR Preferred Equipment Group with navigation, a Bose stereo, a head-up display, and other amenities. Finished as one of 387 units in Cyber Gray Metallic over an Ebony leather interior, this ZR1 is now offered with a window sticker, purchase documentation, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear Illinois title in the seller’s name.
The ZR1 was a high-performance variant of the C6 Corvette that launched in 2009 with model-specific bodywork, running gear, and option packaging. This example from the subsequent year is presented as one of only 387 ZR1 models produced in Cyber Gray Metallic for the year, offset by a carbon fiber roof. This C6 has been garage-kept throughout ownership and retains its original finishes per the seller, offering HID headlights, fog lamps, a rear diffuser, and ZR1-specific carbon fiber body treatment for the front splitter, fender vents, and rocker sill extensions. Additional treatment includes a polycarbonate window on the center of the hood, a lip spoiler, and a quad-outlet exhaust system.
Chrome-finished ZR1-specific aluminum wheels are staggered in size, measuring 19 inches in diameter in the front and 20 inches in the rear, and set inside of run-flat tires all the way around. Handling is assisted by Magnetic Selective Ride Control suspension, which uses sensors to automatically adjust stiffness levels, along with speed-sensitive power steering. Anti-lock braking is handled by four-wheel power disc brakes with blue-finished six-piston Brembo calipers up front with four-piston units in the rear.
The interior is fitted with heated, power-adjustable Ebony leather bucket seats with perforated inserts and ZR1 embroidery in the headrests. The door panels, dash, carpeting, and floor mats are color-keyed, and the 3ZR Preferred Equipment Group has been outfitted, including a Bluetooth-enabled Bose Premium seven-speaker AM/FM/CD navigation audio system and a power telescoping steering wheel. Additional amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, a head-up display, cruise control, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, a universal home remote, a luggage shade and cargo net, and keyless entry.
Instrumentation is provided by a 220-mph speedometer, a 7,500-rpm tachometer, and gauges for boost pressure, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level. The digital odometer reads 11,856 miles, which is a true reading supported by the CARFAX report.
The supercharged and intercooled LS9 6.2-liter V8 uses a dry-sump oil system and was rated at 638 horsepower and 604 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a console-shifted 6-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential.
The CARFAX report lists this as a one-owner car and shows a history free of accidents or damage. The sale includes a window sticker and purchase documentation.
