Vehicle Story

This 1971 Chevrolet C-10 Fleetside pickup was recently repainted and features a light blue body and a white roof over a blue vinyl interior equipped with a bench seat, manual windows, and power steering. Power reportedly comes from the original 350ci V8 with its factory intake, carburetor, and exhaust manifolds, and is sent to the road through the truck's original 4-speed manual transmission and the rear wheels. Available now, this "Action Line" Chevrolet truck comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.

Chevrolet revised the styling of the 1971 C10 by moving the bowtie emblem from the leading edge of the hood to the middle of the new eggcrate grille. According to the selling dealer, the truck was recently repainted. The two-tone color scheme consists of a light blue body with a matching tailgate stamped with "CHEVROLET" and a white roof. Brightwork is located on the grille frame, front and rear bumpers, mirror caps, external gas cap, door handles, and dual exhaust finishers that exit under the back of the rear fenders, and is reportedly in great condition. The truck rolls on a set of white wheels with silver centers and whitewall tires.

Pictures in the photo carousel to the right show rust on the inside of the unlined cargo bed.

Inside, the truck is furnished with a blue vinyl bench seat with lap belts, light blue door panels, and a two-tone dashboard with a dark blue top and a light blue fascia. Equipment includes power steering, crank windows, an aftermarket radio head unit with a CD player, a glove box, and a floor-mounted manual shifter as well as manual brakes and a foot-activated parking brake.

The black trim plate behind the 4-spoke steering wheel surrounds a 100-mph speedometer and gauges for the battery voltage, coolant temperature, fuel level, and oil pressure.

Chevrolet offered the 1971 C10 with a variety of 6- and 8-cylinder engines. This particular truck has a 350ci V8, which the selling dealer believes is its original power plant connected to the factory-issued 4-bbl carburetor, intake, exhaust manifolds, and 4-speed manual gearbox.

The selling dealer describes the underside of the vehicle as solid.
