This 1966 Chevrolet El Camino has been upgraded with an aftermarket 454ci HO big block V8 engine that has 1,000 miles, an aftermarket transmission, and Vision Legend series 5-spoke wheels. It comes finished in orange over a black interior equipped with an aftermarket receiver, speakers, and amplifier. Originally manufactured at the General Motors factory in Fremont, California, this El Camino is garage kept and currently available with a clear title.
The metallic orange exterior is highlighted with chrome front and rear bumpers. Chrome emblems on all four fenders complement the El Camino badging on the tailgate. A black bed liner provides protection for the cargo box and dual side exhaust finishers are positioned in front of the rear wheels.
The car rides on Vision Legend 5-spoke rims wrapped in low-profile tires.
The interior is furnished with black carpeting, a black bench seat, and black and body-color door panels. Equipment includes a 3-spoke steering wheel, a foot-activated parking brake, and an aftermarket Kenwood receiver with aftermarket speakers and amplifier.
The stock instruments include a 120-mph speedometer, fuel gauge, and clock. This El Camino features an aftermarket 8k-rpm tachometer mounted on the steering column and aftermarket water temperature, voltmeter, and oil pressure gauges on the bottom of the dash. The odometer indicates 186 miles, but the seller states that the engine has 1,000 miles. True mileage on the body is unknown.
Power is provided by an aftermarket 454ci V8 big block engine and processed by an aftermarket transmission. On top of the engine is a Holley 4-barrel carburetor. Chrome appointments complement the red high-flow air filter.
Side-mounted dual exhaust finishers helps the engine breathe.
