This 1960 Ford Galaxie Sunliner convertible received a five-year frame-off rotisserie restoration and comes finished in newer Monte Carlo Red paint with replacement stainless steel and chrome trim and an aftermarket black fabric top over a red, black, and white interior. Its 390ci V8 stroker engine has been bored out to 441ci and delivers its power through a new C6 three-speed automatic transmission. Originally assembled at Ford’s San Jose, California factory, this classic convertible is available now and comes with service records, restoration documentation, and a clear title in the seller's name.
This Galaxie underwent a five-year frame-off rotisserie restoration. It received a new coat of Monte Carlo Red paint in 2018, a new black three-layer Haartz Stayfast fabric convertible top, and replacement stainless steel and chrome trim, according to the seller.
The car rides on five-spoke chrome wheels wrapped in Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires.
The black vinyl bench seats have white and red inlays with raised white stitching and matching door panels. Additional furnishings include black carpeting and a body-color dashboard, which features an Alpine audio head unit installed in the glove compartment.
Instrumentation includes a gear selection indicator, a 120-mph speedometer, and a clock along with fuel level and coolant temperature gauges. The five-digit odometer indicates 9,100 miles.
