This 1970 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a Holley Sniper fuel-injected 468ci big-block V8 backed by a GM 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. Features include factory air conditioning, power steering, power front and rear disc brakes, and an aftermarket CD/stereo. The seller states a rear quarter pane and the front fenders and nose are new, painted approximately one year ago. This metallic blue and gray Camaro with a black interior is available now and comes with maintenance records and a clear Colorado title in the seller’s name.
The body is refinished in metallic blue with gray stripes on the hood, nose, trunk, and spoiler. Seller states the front sheet metal, front fenders, and a rear quarter panel are new and paintwork was completed about one year ago. A black lower front spoiler along with a split chrome bumper can be found in front. A chrome bumper and round taillights can be found at the rear. A video of the exterior is posted below.
The 15-inch five-spoke wheels are wrapped in Mickey Thompson tires. The front wheels are 15”x7” wearing 26 X 8.00 R15 tires and the rear wheels are 15”x10” wearing 28 X 12.00 R15 tires. Stopping is handled by front discs and Wilwood rear disc brakes.
The interior is furnished with new black front and rear seat upholstery that matches the door panels, center console, and dashboard.
The dashboard houses a 150-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge separated by a shift indicator and the display for the Holley Sniper EFI system. Factory warning lights, wiper and headlight controls, and oil and generator gauges can be found in the main dash cluster. Original air conditioning center and side vents are present. Climate controls are located to the left of the black tilt Ididit steering column, which is topped with a two-spoke padded steering wheel. An aftermarket stereo with CD player is installed above the center console.
The original engine has been replaced with a reportedly 500-mile .060-over 454ci V8 engine that now measures 468ci and is backed by a 700R4 automatic transmission. A Holley Sniper fuel injection system, ceramic coated headers, Trick Flow aluminum heads, air conditioning, power steering, March Performance serpentine belt accessory drive, Summit Racing valve covers, and an Edlebrock open-element air cleaner also occupy the engine bay along with a Wilwood dual-circuit master cylinder and a Griffin aluminum radiator with dual fans. A video of the engine bay can be viewed below.
The rear axle is a Fab9 housing and the rear suspension is equipped with coilovers. The seller states a new gas tank with an in-tank fuel pump has been installed along with Detroit Speed mini rear wheel tubs.
Maintenance records are included with the sale of the vehicle.
