Vehicle Story

This custom 1953 GMC 3100 frame-off restomod was built by Finesse Concepts four years ago and is powered by a 4.8-liter LS V8 backed by a 4L60-E 4-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering, power disc brakes, one-piece door glass, a custom leather interior, and a wood-slat bed. Finished in red over a tan leather interior, this custom pickup is available now and comes with receipts, its original serial number tag, and a clear Texas title in the seller's name.

The body is refinished in Victory Red and has shaved hood trim, emblems, taillights, and tailgate chains. A one-piece windshield out of California is fitted, the windshield wiper arms have been removed, and the mounts are topped with chrome covers. The front and rear bumpers are chrome. At the rear, the floor of the step-side bed is furnished with German wood slats and stainless strips. The Chevrolet-branded tailgate is latched with push-button receivers.

Raceline wheels that measure 20 inches in the front and 22 inches in the back are wrapped in low-profile Michelin tires that have 3,425 miles on them.

The interior has tan leather bucket seats, separated by a matching tan leather center console with an automatic shifter. The door panels are tan with tan microfiber and body-color inserts. The manual windows have been converted to one-piece glass. Chrome manual window cranks have been installed along with matching exit handles. The carpet is tan throughout with matching floor mats. Red three-point seat belts have been added. A video has been provided below.

The steel dashboard with chrome ribbed trim houses a Dakota Digital gauge set with a 160-mph speedometer that contains the fuel and voltage gauges, a tachometer that includes the coolant temperature and oil pressure readouts, and a digital clock. A digital six-digit odometer shows 3,425 miles. A custom pod underneath the dashboard houses an aftermarket head unit that is installed, but not connected, according to the seller. The interior is completed with a tan microfiber headliner with the rear of the cab painted to match the exterior.

The engine is a 4.8-liter LS V8 with an aftermarket camshaft and a body-color intake cover backed by a 4L60-E 4-speed automatic transmission. A dual-circuit power brake master cylinder connected to power disc brakes, a black radiator, and a polished aluminum coolant overflow tank complete the engine bay.

The original frame has been powder-coated in black and a crossmember from a 1984 Chevrolet truck and coil springs have been added in the front. The narrowed Positraction rear end features 4.10 gears and leaf springs. Disc brakes at all four corners help stop the truck.

The seller states that this truck comes with receipts and its serial number tag. A video is available below for viewing.
