This 1971 International Harvester 190 fire truck shows only 8,911 miles on the odometer and is powered by a 502ci double-ignition gas V8 backed by a 5-speed manual transmission. Features include working lights, a large deluge gun, suction hoses, a hose nozzle, ground hoses, a new hose cover, and a 15-watt generator. This garage-kept International Harvester fire truck is finished in yellow over a black interior and is available now with documentation and a clear Indiana title.
The body is finished in yellow and has chrome and stainless trim, emblems, and handles. Edinburgh Fire Department logos adorn the doors of the cab. The seller states all equipment, trim, and lighting are original to this rust- and accident-free fire truck. A chrome bumper, tow hooks, emergency lighting, a split windshield, air horns, and overhead spotlights are found in the front. In the rear, a treadplate bumper, cargo doors, and chrome handrails can be seen.
A set of black-sidewall tires, with a reported 80 percent of their tread remaining, are mounted to yellow and silver five-spoke wheels.
The original black vinyl interior is like new as reported by the seller. A black vinyl engine cover separates the two front seats. Chrome manual window and exit handles are mounted to yellow door panels that match the exterior paint. Tan rubber floor mats cover the floor. The steering column is topped with a tan four-spoke steering wheel.
The tan metal dashboard houses an array of knobs, buttons, switches, dials, controls, and communications equipment. The manual shifter comes out of the center console.
Power is supplied by a 502ci double-ignition V8 gas engine and processed by a 5-speed manual transmission. According to the seller, there are 8,911 miles on the odometer.
