2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 SEMA Build

This SEMA-modified 2016 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 performance coupe was treated to a custom paint job and over $50,000 in upgrades, having driven 11,333 miles since new and powered by a supercharged LT4 6.2-liter V8 paired with an 8-speed GM 8L90 automatic transaxle. This C7 was first sold in Panorama City, California in June 2017 and has resided on the west coast long-term, having been garage-kept and used primarily for shows. Enhancements include carbon fiber accents throughout the exterior, CCW OZ forged aluminum wheels, an adjustable rear spoiler, and a performance exhaust system from Advanced Flow Engineering. Finished in orange over a black leather interior, this custom C7 Corvette is now offered by the selling dealer with a CARFAX report and a clear California title.

Launching in 2014, the seventh-generation Corvette sports car leveraged an all-new body design. This Corvette Z06 from 2016 was customized at a $50,000 expense for the SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) automotive specialty trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada along with being refinished in orange paint. The seller notes that the vehicle has been adult-driven and cared for since, having been used primarily for shows and special events. The body features carbon fiber accent treatment throughout, including an air dam splitter, bumper canards, vented hood, fender vents, rockers, wheel moldings, sideview mirrors, taillight bezels, rear diffuser, rear decklid spoiler from APR Performance, and an adjustable rear wing. Additional equipment includes HID headlights, LED daytime running lamps, a removable roof panel, clear taillight lenses, and quad polished exhaust outlets.

Forged aluminum black-finished CCW OZ wheels are wrapped in Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires with 90% tread life remaining. The suspension has factory Magnetic Ride Control and is comprised of independent unequal-length double wishbones with transverse fiberglass mono-leaf springs. This this example has been further augmented with upgraded sway bars, end links, and PFADT coilover suspension from Advanced Flow Engineering (aFe). Braking is handled by four-wheel anti-lock discs with red-finished Brembo calipers.

The interior is optioned in all-black, with leather power-adjustable bucket seats split by a center console. Amenities include a head-up display, a performance data recorder, steering wheel paddle shifters, dual zone automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows, a head-up color display, a rear window defroster, and an AM/FM/CD audio system with an 8” color touchscreen and Bluetooth streaming.

Instrumentation is presented by a 220-mph speedometer, a 7,500-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer reads 11,333 miles, which is a true reading per the CARFAX report.

The 6.2-liter LT4 supercharged V8 is rated at 790 horsepower as equipped and has been upgraded with carbon fiber intake and exhaust systems from Advanced Flow Engineering (aFe) including downpipes and crossovers. Additional performance equipment includes a Scorcher tuner module and a carbon fiber heat shield. The CARFAX notes that the vehicle was serviced in October 2017 by Riverside Chevrolet, and power is fed to the rear wheels via a console-shifted GM 8L90 8-speed automatic transaxle and a limited-slip differential.

The CARFAX report shows no accidents or damage on record.
