OVERVIEW
This 1947 Ford Super Deluxe two-door coupe has been single-family-owned for 62 years and was treated to a cosmetic refresh completed in 2017. It is powered by a rebuilt flathead V8 paired with a three-speed manual transmission and a Columbia two-speed overdrive. Equipment includes chrome brightwork, whitewall tires, and a heater. Finished in black over a gray vinyl and gray and red cloth interior, this Super Deluxe is now offered with documentation, receipts, and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The body was repainted black during the restoration process completed in 2017. Exterior features include chrome bumpers with over-riders, a split windshield, stainless steel side moldings, and chrome brightwork.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Body-color 15-inch steel wheels with polished hubcaps are wrapped in 215/75R15 whitewall tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The interior is fitted with gray vinyl and gray and red cloth front and rear bench seats as well as coordinating door panels, dash, and carpeting. The cabin is dressed in bright accents and features a dash-mounted clock.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation consists of a 100-mph speedometer accompanied by readings for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 91,000 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The flathead V8 was reportedly rebuilt within the last 35 miles but needs a tune-up because the car has been sitting for approximately one year. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a Columbia two-speed overdrive.

They gentleman that did the engine rebuild rebuilt everything and made sure it was all in working order so as far as I know, it is in working order. We are trying not to drive it too much in order to keep the mileage down the new engine.

It only has 50 miles on the new rebuild, as far as we know it is working properly however, we have not had it out long enough to check it. We were trying not to put to many miles on the new rebuild since my dad passed away. We are assuming it is in working order. This is the original Columbia transmission.

We do not own the 1957 wagon, sorry. This is the only one we have

I apologize, maybe the message didn't go through. The radio is not working, the choke arm needs to be hooked up and as far as we know, a few of the gauges need hooked up. The wiring is there for them, we just don't know for sure how to hook them up. The engine has less then 60 miles on the new rebuild also.
