This 1972 Chevrolet El Camino is powered by a 305ci V8 engine that is paired with a Turbo Hydramatic 350 automatic transmission. Features include power steering, power brakes, shaved door handles, second-generation Chevrolet Camaro aluminum wheels, and dual exhaust outlets. This Indigo Blue third-generation El Camino with a black interior is available now and comes with an uninstalled additional dash pad, uninstalled mirrors, and a clear title from the selling dealer.
The exterior is finished in Indigo Blue. A chrome bumper sits below the grille, headlights, and amber turn signals in the front. A cowl-induction-style domed hood covers the engine. Chrome side mirrors are mounted on the driver and passenger doors, which feature shaved door handles. A chrome bumper with rear running lights is mounted below the tailgate-mounted reverse lights and the taillights. The bed is refinished in matching Indigo Blue and equipped with stainless bed rails. According to the selling dealer, the paint has a nice shine to it, but there are some imperfections, including cracking paint near the passenger-side mirror.
A set of second-generation Chevrolet Camaro wheels are wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
A black vinyl-covered center console separates the two bucket seats, which are covered in patterned black vinyl that extends to the door panels equipped with chrome window cranks and exit handles. The floorboards are covered with black carpet throughout and a black rubber floor mat on the driver’s side. Black seatbelts can be found in both seating positions. Black aftermarket speakers are located behind the driver and passenger seats. A black vinyl headliner, visors, an interior dome light, and a chrome rearview mirror can be found overhead.
The black dashboard houses a 120-mph sweep-style speedometer with a 5-place odometer reading 87K miles and an integrated fuel gauge. A radio, clock, climate controls, a lighter, and a glove box are also present. To the left of the speedometer, the headlight and wiper switches can be found. The tilt steering column is topped with a 3-spoke Grant GT steering wheel with a black grip. According to the seller, the currently installed dash pad will need some attention.
The engine is a 305ci V8 engine and comes paired with a Turbo Hydramatic 350 automatic transmission. Cast iron manifolds, stamped steel valve covers, orange paint, and a black closed-element air cleaner complete the engine. The power brake master cylinder, power steering hardware, and a washer fluid bottle can also be seen under the hood.
Independent suspension components, control arms, and power disc brakes along with a sway bar can be seen in the front. The 10-bolt rear axle with drum brakes is suspended by coil springs and control arms. The full-length dual exhaust system exits below the rear bumper.
According to the selling dealer, Minnesota residents are responsible for tax, license, and title procurement fees. Out-of-state buyers will only have a $150 Title Procurement fee. Included with the sale are uninstalled parts including a dash pad and side mirrors.
