This modified 1932 Ford Model A two-door roadster comes with a replacement top, wire wheels, a reupholstered interior, and newer tires. The exposed engine contains a 201ci L-head inline-4 which is paired with the reportedly original 3-speed manual transmission. Finished in Christmas Green Metallic with an ivory cloth top over a gray fabric interior, this garage-kept Model A is now offered with uninstalled parts and a clear Pennsylvania title in the seller’s name.
The Model A went into production in 1927 and was offered in multiple body styles over its lifespan. This Model A from 1932 has a rust-free body that was repainted Christmas Green Metallic and features color-matched running boards with step plates, side-exit exhaust pipes, a replacement ivory cloth top, and a fiberglass trunk. Brightwork comes in the form of dual-bar bumpers, headlight housings, an external horn, a radiator shell, and windshield trim. The front end has an open-cowl design that provides access to the engine bay.
Wire wheels measure 15 inches in the front and 16 inches in the rear and come wrapped in four-year-old tires that have accrued fewer than 200 miles.
The interior is fitted with a late-model gray cloth bench seat with lap belts. The rest of the cabin consists of maroon vinyl door panels, a silver dash panel, and engine-turned metal floor panels.
Instrumentation includes a speedometer and a fuel gauge. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 85K miles, although true mileage is unknown.
The 201ci L-head line-4 with dual carburetors runs well, according to the seller, and has a newer fuel tank. Power is sent to the road through the reportedly original floor-shifted 3-speed manual transmission. The frame has been powder coated. Braking is provided by four-wheel mechanical drum brakes.
Uninstalled parts are included as part of the sale of the vehicle.
