This 1995 Chevrolet Tahoe LT is a four-wheel-drive SUV that comes equipped with a newer AC compressor, new headlights and taillights, and a new dual exhaust setup. Other features include front flat-towing hook-ups, a windshield visor with clearance lights, window vent shades, new aftermarket chrome wheels with Back Country tires, running boards, and a hitch receiver. Inside, the truck offers power windows, locks, and mirrors; front bucket seats; a center console; woodgrain accents; and an AM/FM/CD radio. Power from the chip-enhanced 5.7-liter V8 is delivered to the road through a 4-speed automatic and 2-speed transfer case. Finished in white with gray stripes over a gray leather interior, this first-generation Tahoe is available now and comes with a clean CARFAX report and a clear Oregon title in the seller's name.
Chevrolet introduced a new Blazer with two doors and a full-length steel roof for the 1992 model year. In 1995, Chevrolet changed the name to Tahoe and rolled out a new four-door version. This two-door 1995 Tahoe LT comes finished in white, which the seller believes is the truck's original paint, with gray accent striping on the hood, sides, and tailgate. The front end features a body-color windshield visor with amber clearance lights, a black bow tie logo in between new headlights, a chrome bumper with black rubber impact strips, and flat-towing connection points with a lighting plug socket. Silver moldings and chrome accent panels highlight the sides, which come equipped with window vent shades, Z71 badging, Blazer script, and fender flares with integrated running boards. The roof is equipped with rails and crossbars. A lift-up rear window with a wiper and a fold-down tailgate between new aftermarket taillights provides access to the cargo area. A pair of dual exhaust outlets and a hitch receiver is mounted below the chrome rear bumper with black impact strips.
A set of aftermarket chrome wheels and Back Country All Terrain raised-white-letter tires connect the vehicle to the road.
The cabin is furnished with gray leather front bucket and rear bench seating that is color-coordinated with the center console, dashboard, door panels, carpeting, and tray-style front floor mats. Woodgrain trim accents the door panels, dashboard, and cargo hold, which contains a black tray-style mat and a spare wheel/tire with a gray fabric cover. Amenities include power mirrors, windows, and locks; power-adjustable front seats; air conditioning; an AM/FM/CD radio; and a pair of aftermarket switches for auxiliary lighting.
Instrumentation behind the 4-spoke steering wheel consists of a 100-mph speedometer, a 5K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The 6-digit odometer shows 122K miles, which the seller states are accurate.
Under the hood is a naturally aspirated 5.7-liter V8 that has been fitted with a chip for improved fuel economy, according to the seller. It sends its power to the road through a column-shifted 4-speed automatic and a floor-shifted 2-speed transfer case. Last year, all fluids were changed. According to the seller, the AC compressor is less than two years old and the AC system was recharged last summer.
More pictures of the undercarriage are available in the photo gallery.
The CARFAX report goes back to June of 1995 and shows that the vehicle was not involved in any accidents during its time in Wisconsin and Oregon.
