Vehicle Story

This 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT has driven 11,829 miles since new and is #3340 of a limited-production run customized by Shelby Automobiles in Las Vegas, Nevada with treatment including both cosmetic and performance enhancements. Under the hood, the 4.6-liter V8 has been upgraded with a cold air intake and is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. This Mustang was sold to its first owner in Columbus, Texas in December of its model year and was later relocated to Mississippi in 2017 and then to Ohio 2021 where it resides today. Finished in Black Clearcoat with silver stripes and graphics over a Dark Charcoal leather interior, this fifth-generation Mustang is now offered by the selling dealer with a CARFAX report and a clear Ohio title.

The Mustang pony car evolved into its fifth generation beginning in 2005, rolling on the Ford D2C platform. This performance-tuned Mustang from 2007 was equipped after production with GT packaging and wears a finish of Black Clearcoat with silver stripes and rocker panel accents. As part of a Shelby-administered modification process in Las Vegas, it was designated as #3340 in its series and the body features a riveted hood scoop, hood pins with tethers, Shelby-specific badging, and a stainless-steel Ford Racing dual exhaust system.

Gloss black-finished 18” aluminum wheels with machined lips are mounted to BFGoodrich tires with good tread remaining. The suspension is upgraded with Ford Racing components such as front and rear dampers, lowering springs, and a strut tower brace. Braking is handled by four-wheel anti-lock discs.

The interior is fitted with Dark Charcoal leather bucket seats with embossed headrests, matched to the door panels, center console, dash, and carpeting. Amenities include a Hurst short-throw shifter, power windows, cruise control, air conditioning, Shelby GT door sill plates, tinted windows, and an upgraded Kenwood Excelon stereo system with Bluetooth connectivity and USB aux input. A dash placard denotes this vehicle’s serial number #3340 in the production run along with a Carroll Shelby signature.

Instrumentation is presented by a 140-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and accompanying gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and oil temperature. The digital odometer reads 11,829 miles, which is a true reading supported by the CARFAX report.

The 4.6-liter V8 has been Shelby Performance-upgraded with a Ford Racing 90mm cold air intake, and power is directed to the rear wheels via a console-shifted 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential with 3.55 gearing.

The CARFAX report shows minor damage dated January 2008 with no additional details available.
