502-Powered 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS

This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS two-door hardtop is a custom performance build that received a rotisserie restoration in 2015, a Ridetech air suspension, staggered-diameter forged aluminum Boze wheels, a roll cage, and additional modifications. It draws power from a 502ci V8 paired with a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission and features upgrades such as ceramic-coated headers, a Be Cool aluminum radiator, and a FAST dual-quad fuel injection setup. Finished in flat Pearl White and Anthracite over a black vinyl interior, this first-generation Chevelle is now offered with build receipts and photos, an owner's manual, and a clear Colorado title in the seller’s name.

The midsize Chevelle model rode on the General Motors A-body platform when it debuted for 1964. A subsequent restyle in 1966 brought a revised grille, a new bumper treatment, and a flying buttress roofline. This rust-free Chevelle two-door hardtop from the following year was the recipient of a frame-off rotisserie restoration in 2015. A repaint was applied in flat Pearl White and complemented with Anthracite for the grille, hood, and side mirror caps. The body features a custom hood, shaved drip rails, shaved door locks, color-matched bumpers, a tubed rear end, and a custom exhaust system.

Forged Boze alloy wheels with polished lips are installed in a staggered-diameter 19-inch front and 20-inch rear layout with 275/45 tires at the front and 295/40 tires at the rear. The suspension has been upgraded with a Ridetech air setup, tubular A-frames, and front and rear MUSCLEbar sway bars. Stopping power comes from Wilwood 6-piston calipers and cross-drilled and slotted discs at all four corners. A close-ratio steering box is installed.

The interior is fitted with black vinyl racing seats in the front and matching Corbeau harnesses, a center console, and carpeted floor mats. Amenities include a full tubular roll cage, a Hurst Blackjack short-throw shifter, a Vintage Air A/C system, push-button start, a custom steering wheel, under-dash accent lighting, and more.

Instrumentation encompasses an array of aftermarket gauges across a patterned bezel, including a speedometer, tachometer, and readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The odometer reads 66K miles, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown.

The reportedly new 502ci V8 has been ported, polished, and equipped with performance upgrades including a large camshaft, a Vintage Air Front Runner kit, ceramic-coated headers, a Be Cool aluminum radiator with dual fans, a Quick Time lightweight bellhousing, a McLeod Racing dual-disc clutch, an American Autowire harness, an Aeromotive fuel tank, Aeroquip fuel lines, and a FAST dual-quad fuel injection setup. The exhaust system has QTP 3-inch cutouts and the drivetrain is rated at 650 horsepower, according to the seller. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a console-shifted Tremec 6-speed manual transmission, a Moser Engineering positraction rear end, and Moser axles.
