This 1995 Jeep Wrangler two-door 4x4 sport-utility vehicle was subject to a comprehensive frame-off restoration within the last two years and comes with a color-matched removable hardtop as well as two set of doors. Under the hood, this YJ is powered by a well-maintained high-output 4.0-liter inline-6 paired with a automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. This Wrangler resided long-term in Illinois until being relocated to Wisconsin in 2014 where it remains today under garage-kept storage since completion of restoration. Finished in Charcoal Metallic over a saddle cloth interior, this final-year YJ Wrangler is now offered with full and half doors, a clean CARFAX report, service records, and a clear Wisconsin title in the seller’s name.
The Wrangler model first got its start in 1987 as a midsize four-wheel drive sport-utility vehicle succeeding the popular CJ model. Development was carried out under American Motors Corporation and design included an open body, rectangular headlamps, and a wider track than prior offerings. This Wrangler from 1995 was treated to a frame-off restoration that was completed in 2020. As part of the refurbishment, the body was stripped to bare metal and coated with epoxy primer followed by a coat of Charcoal Metallic paint and correct decals and a matching removable hardtop. The front fenders and windshield were replaced, the lighting system was upgraded to LED bulbs, and an aftermarket bumper was fitted up front.
Black-finished aluminum 17” wheels are wrapped in Mickey Thompson tires. The seller notes that the braking system has been overhauled, and the suspension has been upgraded with a body lift and an Old Man Emu spring lift.
The interior is optioned with high-back reupholstered saddle cloth bucket seats and replacement black carpeting. The dash is free of cracks, and amenities include a Bluetooth-enabled stereo and seven Kicker and JBL speakers throughout the cabin.
Instrumentation is delivered by a 100-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary square gauges across the dash face for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads 133k miles which reflects a true reading consistent with the CARFAX report.
The high-output 4.0-liter inline-6 received a new fuel tank, a serviced fuel system, a new radiator, and additional recent maintenance under the seller’s ownership. A CARFAX record from 2012 mentions service to the cooling system, water pump, fluids, and power steering system. The drive shafts and axles have been replaced, and power is fed to all four wheels via a replacement automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case.
Photos showing the underside are available in the carousel. The frame has been sandblasted and powder-coated, and the underbody was primed and painted.
The CARFAX report shows no accidents or damage on record. The sale includes accompanying full and half doors as well as detailed service records.

@Frankie0729 – Is the a/c in working condition? Does the 4X4 work as it should?? ...
Yes 4 high/low works with functioning dash indicators. AC is there. The serp belt is not on the condenser so it would need to be changed to make it run however.
@Shook – Nice build. I have a 1995 myself and I am looking for the spice color seats you have. Where did you get those? ...
Thanks. They are original
