2000 Chevrolet Corvette

This Canadian-market 2000 Chevrolet Corvette convertible shows approximately 17,900 miles and is powered by a 5.7-liter LS1 V8 connected to a 4-speed automatic transmission. The fifth-generation Corvette launched in the 1997 model year featuring a hydroformed frame and an all-new design. This example from 2000 comes in Black and features daytime running lamps, fog lamps, power mirrors, tinted glass, a manual black fabric convertible top with a glass rear window, and quad exhaust outlets.

This C5 Corvette rides on 17-inch five-spoke aluminum wheels set inside of low-profile tires. The braking system is comprised of four-wheel disc brakes with ABS.

The interior is trimmed in Black throughout and offers leather seating surfaces with power adjustability for the driver's seat and color-matched materials for the center console, door panels, dash, and carpeting. Additional equipment includes Active Handling, power windows, power door locks, heated power mirrors, a rear defroster, cruise control, and an anti-theft alarm system. According to the CARFAX report, the car had 28,800 kilometers (~17,900 miles) on it in February of 2022. A potential odometer rollback was recorded in March of 2012. The selling dealer states the rollback was noted after the owner moved the car to the U.S. and had the odometer set to read in miles.

The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 was factory rated at 345 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is directed to the rear wheels via a 4-speed transmission.
