1955 Chevrolet 210 Wagon

This 1955 Chevrolet 210 two-door station wagon is a frame-off restoration powered by a newer 350ci V8 crate engine backed by a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission. Features include power steering, brakes, and windows; electric wipers; headers; and air conditioning. This custom Chevrolet with a two-tone House of Kolor Tangerine Orange and Butternut Cream paint job and a black vinyl interior is available now and comes with service records, a car show award, and a clear title in the seller’s name.  

This 210 wagon from the first year of the "Tri Five" Chevrolet era was repainted under previous ownership approximately 12 years ago in House of Kolor Tangerine Orange over Butternut Cream with flame graphics running from the headlights to the end of the doors. Features include shaved hood and tailgate trim, tinted windows, and a chrome grille and bumpers. The seller states that all of the chrome has been refinished and that the front windshield was replaced five months ago.

The 5-spoke polished aluminum Boyd Cottington wheels have a 17-inch diameter in the front and a 20-inch diameter in the rear. All of them come wrapped in low-profile radial tires.

The interior features a black steel dashboard, an aftermarket chrome tilt steering column topped with a 4-spoke Grant GT steering wheel, reupholstered black vinyl full-width front and rear bench seats with matching door panels, and a heater. Newer black carpet covers the entire cabin floor including the rear cargo area and tailgate.

Vehicle instrumentation is provided by a 140-mph speedometer, a 6-place odometer with a seller-reported 29,008 miles on it, and a combination gauge with oil, voltage, coolant temperature, and fuel level readouts.

The 350ci V8 crate engine installed in 2017 delivers a reported 330 horsepower and is backed by a rebuilt TH350 automatic transmission that helps provide power to the rear wheels. Features include headers, electronic ignition, a newer intake manifold and carburetor, aluminum valve covers, an air cleaner, and a rebuilt 3-core radiator. According to the seller, the engine has fewer than 1,000 miles on it and the air conditioning needs to be recharged.

The seller states that during the restoration process, the frame was refinished in enamel, the entire underbody was sprayed with truck bed liner, and new shocks, cables, lines, and brakes were installed. The independent front suspension has 2-inch drop spindles and disc brakes.
