This 1967 International Harvester Pickup is an older restoration powered by a 266ci V8 engine backed by a 3-speed manual transmission. Features include a fleetside bed, manual windows, driver- and passenger-side exterior mirrors, reverse lights, a rear step bumper, and tie-down points in the bed. This Alpine White International truck with a green cloth and vinyl interior is available now and comes with a clear North Carolina title in the seller's name.
The exterior was refinished in General Motors Alpine White during the frame-off restoration that was performed 25-30 years ago, according to the seller. Features include dual headlamps with non-functioning high beams, chrome bumpers, dual exterior side mirrors, a fleetside bed, dual taillights, reverse lights, and bed tie-down points.
A set of steel wheels with chrome baby moon hub caps are wrapped in radial tires. According to the seller, the tires need to be replaced as they are the same tires that were on the truck when they bought it eight years ago.
The bench seat is upholstered with green cloth and vinyl. Features include body-color sheet metal, manual windows, a floor-mounted manual shifter, black rubber floor mats, a white dashboard with beige insert trim, and a gray 2-spoke steering wheel. The seller reports there is some rust in the floorboards, the emergency brake handle came off when first used and is currently non-functional, and the high beams are not working due to an inoperable dimmer switch.
A 90-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, amps, oil pressure, and coolant temperature convey important vehicle information. The five-digit odometer shows 78K miles, but true mileage is unknown.
The power is provided by an International 266ci V8 engine backed by a floor-shifted 3-speed manual gearbox.
This two-wheel-drive International was factory-equipped with a coil-spring independent front suspension, leaf springs, and a solid rear axle.
