Vehicle Story

This 1969 Chevrolet K-10 short wheelbase stepside 4x4 is powered by an era correct 327ci Chevrolet V8 backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. Features include wood bed floor, big back window, driver and passenger chrome exterior mirrors, manual brakes, power steering, and windshield washer. This medium blue 1969 Chevrolet K-10 with new blue interior and a wood bed floor is available now and comes with a clear title from the selling dealer.

The exterior of this rust-free short bed step side is refinished in medium blue and features dual headlamps with chrome grill, correct 4-wheel drive emblems, chrome front and rear bumpers, dual taillamps and reverse lights, cab mounted fuel tank, driver and passenger chrome exterior mirrors, and cowl mounted antenna. The step side bed interior consists of medium blue sheet metal, and a wood floor with stainless strips and assembly hardware.

A set of aftermarket 15” aluminum 8-hole wheels are wrapped with 31x10.5 R15 LT Atturo Trail Blade AT tires. According to the selling dealer, the wheels and tires are new.

The original bench seat has been newly reupholstered in blue vinyl with light blue cloth seating area. Features include medium blue finished interior sheet metal and doors, blue door panels, new light blue carpet with Chevrolet logo black carpeted floor mats and 4-speed manual transmission and 4-wheel drive shifters, seat belts, medium blue finished steel dashboard with dark blue top pad, manual windows, a Delco AM radio in the original location, and an original steering column topped with an aftermarket 3-spoke steering wheel with wood rim.

A 100-mph speedometer with gauges for fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure are mounted in an original panel ahead of the driver.

The power is provided by a period-correct 327ci Chevrolet V8 backed by a 4-speed manual transmission. Features include stamped steel Chevrolet embossed valve covers, correct single barrel intake and carburetor, closed element air filter, Rams horn exhaust manifolds, power steering, and correct color engine paint. Additional photos can be seen in the carousel to the right.

This K-10 pick up was originally equipped with 4-wheel drive and leaf spring mounted solid front and rear axles. Features include a full perimeter frame with matte black finish, transfer case, manual front locking hubs, and chrome rear differential cover. A full-length dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
