This 1967 Ford Mustang pony car moves under the power of a 302ci V8 coupled with a 3-speed automatic transmission. It comes appointed with full gauges, a center console, a radio, and a dual exhaust system. The chrome bumpers, stainless steel trim, glass, and interior upholstery are reportedly in good condition. Refinished in factory-correct Acapulco Blue over a two-tone blue vinyl interior, this first-generation Mustang is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear Oregon title.
Following its debut in the mid-1960s, the original Mustang pony car received subtle year-over-year updates that modified both aesthetics and engineering. The 1967 model year introduced larger overall dimensions, a side scoop on the rear quarters, and a concave taillight panel. This Mustang from that year was repainted in Acapulco Blue Metallic under prior ownership and shows well, according to the selling dealer. Brightwork for the bumpers, rocker moldings, window trim, and badging is reportedly in nice condition. Features include a billet grille, custom taillight treatment, and dual exhaust system.
Steel 15-inch wheels with turbine-style covers are wrapped in whitewall tires. Driving dynamics are assisted by power steering and front disc brakes.
The interior is furnished with blue two-tone vinyl low-back bucket seats split by a custom center console with an armrest. Those are matched to the door panels, twin-cowl dash, and carpeting. Options include a push-button radio, color-keyed lap belts, aluminum door sill plates, and a carpeted trunk with a whitewall spare tire.
Instrumentation is comprised of a 120-mph speedometer and auxiliary gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 67K miles, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The 302ci V8 is said to perform well per the seller. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a floor-shifted 3-speed automatic transmission.
