1937 Ford Cabriolet

This fiberglass-body 1937 Ford cabriolet street rod is powered by a 5.7-liter LT1 V8 engine backed by a 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission. Features include a Carson top, power 4-wheel disc brakes, an independent front suspension, a 4-link rear suspension, and adjustable coil-overs. This orange Ford with yellow and purple flames and a tan cloth top over a saddle leather interior is available now and comes with a clear title from the selling dealer.

The fiberglass exterior is finished in orange with yellow and purple flames. Features include frenched headlights, color-keyed aftermarket side mirrors, a flush-mounted V-butt windshield, shaved door handles, color-matched running boards with integrated side exhaust outlets, a power-operated trunk lid, custom rear taillights, and a tan cloth Carson top with a glass rear window. A set of staggered-size polished Budnik aluminum wheels is wrapped in low-profile radial tires.

The front bucket seats and full-width rear bench seat are upholstered in saddle leather. Features include custom rear trim and door panels, a dashboard finished in matte tan with a saddle top pad, an aftermarket chrome tilt steering column topped with a polished aluminum Budnik steering wheel, tan carpeting, and a floor-mounted transmission shifter. The trunk is finished with saddle side panels, tan carpet, an aluminum floor-mounted fuel filler, and a stereo subwoofer mounted in the front panel.

An aftermarket set of analog VDO gauges including a 120-mph speedometer, a 7K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level, and voltage are mounted in the center of the custom dash panel. The digital odometer shows 11,222 miles, but true mileage on the vehicle is unknown.

The interior of the engine bay, firewall, hood, and side panels have been smoothed and color-matched to the exterior of the car.

The black perimeter chassis features a Mustang II front suspension with rack and pinion steering, a solid rear axle, and adjustable coil-over springs. The front suspension crossmember and rear axle have been color-matched to the body. The underbody floors have been finished in black. The stopping power is provided by 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled rotors.
