1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu Convertible

This unrestored 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu convertible has been with the seller for 35 years and is powered by a 350ci V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Features include a power top, seat belts, and manual windows and brakes. This garaged Fathom Green Chevelle with a black vinyl interior is available now and comes with the original spare tire, purchase paperwork, owner’s manual, removed 14-inch Rally wheels and trim rings, and a clear replacement Wisconsin title in the seller's name.

The exterior wears the factory-applied Fathom Green (Code 57), as verified by the trim tag. Features include chrome bumpers, quad headlights, a silver and black grille, a driver-side mirror, contrasting lower-body trim, and dual taillights with integrated reverse lights.  Rust-through and paint bubbling is showing at the bottoms of the front fenders, doors, and rocker panels and can be seen in the photos in the carousel to the right.

A set of 15" x 8" silver steel Rally wheels with chrome center caps and stainless trim rings is wrapped in radial tires.

The front bench seat, rear seat, rear trim, and door panels are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include manual windows, a power convertible top, black carpet with black rubber floor mats, a column-mounted automatic shifter, and a black convertible top boot. Wear and splitting can be seen on the driver's side of the front seat.

A 120-mph speedometer, gas gauge, and warning lights for the oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage are located in a black panel ahead of the driver. Indicated mileage is just under 9,600 miles, but the seller states that the odometer has rolled once.

This Chevelle came factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Stopping power is provided by manual brakes.

The original spare tire, purchase paperwork, owner’s manual, and removed 14-inch Rally wheels and trim rings are included with the vehicle.
