1983 Porsche 928S

This 1983 Porsche 928S is a grand touring sports coupe powered by a 4.7-liter M28 V8 paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle. It was sold to its first owner in Chicago, Illinois, and later relocated to Tennessee where it has been owned by the seller for approximately eight months. The exterior was previously repainted and the interior provides full-leather upholstery with conveniences including power windows, a power sunroof, and an AM/FM/CD stereo. Refinished in Bronze Metallic over a burgundy leather interior, this 928S is now offered with a spare set of factory wheels, an owner’s manual, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear South Carolina title in the seller’s name.

Designed as a luxury grand tourer, the 928 went into production in 1978 as a flagship model for the Porsche lineup. The body used aluminum for the doors, front fenders, and hood for weight savings and featured polyurethane bumpers integrated into the front and rear.
