This limited-production 1993 Chevrolet Corvette 40th Anniversary convertible has accrued 56,016 miles since new and comes with a white soft top as well as an uninstalled red soft top and a body-color removable hardtop. Power originates with a 5.7-liter LT1 V8 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. This Corvette was sold to its original owner in Norwalk, Ohio in December of 1992 and has been in the same area since new. According to the selling dealer, it is reportedly one of 247 droptops in 40th Anniversary trim with a manual transmission. Finished in Ruby Red Metallic over a matching Ruby Red leather interior, this C4 Corvette is now offered by the selling dealer with a window sticker, a clean CARFAX report, a tie, a jacket, a VHS promotional tape, an owner’s manual, a brochure, and a clear Ohio title.
Beginning in the 1984 model year, the Corvette sports car received an all-new fiberglass exterior design on the General Motors Y-body platform. In 1993, a 40th Anniversary package was available which included Ruby Red Metallic paint and edition-specific exterior trim. This Corvette from that production run features a color-matched removable hardtop that was a $1,995 add-on when new, as well as a white soft top and an uninstalled red soft top. The body features retractable halogen headlamps, fog lamps, a luggage rack, and a dual exhaust system with rectangular outlets.
Polished aluminum 17-inch saw-blade-style wheels with special 40th Anniversary center caps are set inside of Goodyear tires with approximately 9/32nds of tread up front and 6/32nds at the rear. This C4 has the Selective Ride and Handling package, which offers three shock absorber damping levels: Touring, Sport, and Performance. Steering is power-assisted and braking is provided by four-wheel discs.
The two-seat interior is fitted with Ruby Red leather power-operated bucket seats, matched to the door panels and carpeting while contrasted by a black dash. Features include special embroidery, Delco/Bose audio, air conditioning with automatic climate control, intermittent windshield wipers, power windows, power door locks, cruise control, power mirrors, a Motorola Centel cellular phone, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Instrumentation consists of a digital speedometer, 6K-rpm tachometer, and fuel gauge. The digital odometer reads 56,016 miles, which is a true reading supported by the CARFAX report.
The multi-port fuel-injected 5.7-liter LT1 V8 was factory-rated at 300 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a console-shifted 6-speed manual transmission.
The CARFAX report describes this as a one-owner vehicle with a history free of accidents or damage. A $250 documentation fee and $35 tax and title fee will be added to the sales price. The sale includes a window sticker, a tie, a jacket, a VHS promotional tape, an owner’s manual, and a brochure along with a body-color hardtop and an uninstalled red soft top.

hi; I did a little research on these and have answered my own question about the driver's door armrest being black and not burgundy. Seems they were all made that way to match the center console.
BID: $10,000
hi; I am very interested in the Corvette but have a few questions for you about it. Does everything work as it should? all power options and accessories/ features etc, incl A/C? Are there any warning lights on? Why is the driver's door panel armrest/ insert black and not matching burgundy? Why the white top? was the burgundy one the original to the car from the factory? Is it in good usable condition and could be put back on the car? How old are the tires? thanks
