1978 Ford F250 Lariat

This 1978 Ford F250 Lariat is powered by a rebuilt 460ci V8 converted to run on propane. The exterior was refinished in cream and brown and treated with rust protection in the 1990s. Features include chrome bumpers, dual headlights, a chrome grille, and running boards. Additional features include chrome mirror caps, a cowl-mounted antenna, bodyside trim, a long bed with an integrated propane tank, a chrome front bumper with bumper guards, and a rear step bumper.

A set of polished aluminum wheels is wrapped in radial tires.

The front bucket seats are upholstered with brown vinyl and maroon and white cloth. The rear seat, door, and trim panels are upholstered in brown vinyl. Power is provided by a rebuilt and propane-converted 460ci V8 backed by an automatic transmission. Underhood features include power steering, power brakes, and a windshield washer. The original engine was rebuilt by Northwest Performance Engines in 2002 using D0VE 429 heads, forged pistons, a Crane camshaft, a performance intake, and Hedman Hedders. According to the seller, the propane conversion was completed in 1985 and the last propane inspection was completed in 2015.
