Vehicle Story

This one-family-owned 1969 Buick Skylark Custom two-door hardtop was purchased new from Braley & Graham in Portland, Oregon, and is powered by the reportedly original 350ci V8 backed by a Turbo-Hydramatic automatic transmission. Features include an AM radio, manual windows, manual brakes, and power steering. This recently refinished Polar White Skylark with an ivory vinyl interior is available now and comes from the selling dealer with the original build sheet and a clear title.

The exterior was recently refinished in Polar White. Features include chrome bumpers, quad headlights, a chrome grille with a custom insert, rocker trim, chrome mirror caps, dual taillights with integrated reverse lights, top accent trim, and wheel opening moldings.

A set of steel wheels with full Buick hub caps is wrapped in radial tires.

The front bench seat, matching rear seat, trim, and door panels are upholstered in ivory vinyl. Features include gold carpet, a steel dashboard finished in tan with a tan vinyl top pad, an AM radio, a column-mounted automatic shifter, manual windows, manual brakes, and power steering.

A 120-mph speedometer, clock, fuel gauge, and warning lights for the oil pressure, temperature, and generator are located in a black panel ahead of the driver. An aftermarket chrome pod with gauges for the voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature is mounted under the dashboard. The five-digit odometer reads 7,554 miles but the true mileage is unknown.

Power is provided by the reportedly original 350ci V8 and backed by a Turbo-Hydramatic automatic transmission. Underhood features include manual brakes, power steering, a windshield washer, a body-color firewall, and a custom-painted beige air cleaner housing and inner fenders. This Buick came factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a rear drive axle.

The selling dealer will include the original build sheet with the sale of the vehicle.
