Vehicle Story

This 2008 Porsche 911 Turbo is finished in black over a black leather interior and is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.6-liter flat-6 engine paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission.  Sold new in Scottsdale, AZ, the car has spent its entire life in Arizona under the original owner and shows just over 6k miles. Options include the Sport Chrono package, full leather interior, deviated stitching package, adaptive sport seats, red seat belts, Bose stereo, and more. Located in Prescott, Arizona, this 911 Turbo is offered by the selling dealer with a clean CARFAX on a clear Arizona title.

Finished in black, the body retains all of its original paint with the exception of the front splitter which was recently refinished to repair various rock chips. The car has had no other paintwork and verified with no damage or accidents reported on the CARFAX. The car was ordered with all exterior details finished to match the body such as side mirrors, vents, grilles, door handles, and rear wing. All Turbo models utilize a wider body to accommodate for larger rear tires as well as a retractable rear spoiler, allowing for greater downforce or reduced drag depending on the speed of the car. The front bumper features integrated LED signal strips that double as turn indicators as well as larger intake vents in the bumper compared to the standard 911 Carrera. Additional vents are incorporated into the rear quarter panels for improved engine cooling.

Factory aluminum 19” wheels are mounted to Bridgestone Potenza tires measuring 235/35 up front and 305/30 in the rear.  The braking system consists of 350mm cross-drilled and ventilated rotors, with 6-piston calipers in the front and 4-piston calipers outback.

The interior features 12-way adjustable adaptive sport bucket seats upholstered in black leather with red contrast stitching and seat backs painted to match the exterior. Ordered with the full leather interior, the door panels, dash, sill panels, and center console are wrapped to match the seats and feature the same red contrast stitching package throughout. The seatbelts were ordered in Guards Red to match the accent stitching and various hard surfaces such as the air vent slats, instrument cluster bezel, and door handles were ordered painted to match the exterior. Additional options include heated seats, a remote CD changer, Bose stereo, and a sunroof.

Instrumentation includes an 8k-rpm tachometer and 225-mph speedometer, along with accompanying gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, and fuel level.  A digital clock and exterior thermometer reside within the cluster, while the stopwatch for the Sport Chrono Package is mounted in the center of the dash and wrapped in leather.  The digital odometer reads just over 6k miles, all of which have been added by the original owner.

The 3.6-liter flat-6 engine was factory rated at 480 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque when new. It utilizes two BorgWarner turbochargers with variable turbine geometry, allowing for reduced turbo lag at lower speeds. Power is sent to all four wheels through a 5-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission. The engine is completely stock and unmodified, maintenance history includes a battery replacement in June 2020, followed by an oil and filter service performed shortly after by Porsche North Scottsdale. Most recently the car underwent a full mechanical inspection by an independent mechanic in Prescott, AZ.

The base price for a 911 Turbo in 2008 was $126,200 and as equipped this example had an original MSRP of $151,695.
