This restored 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Holiday Coupe has been with its current owner in Canada and stored inside during winter for the past 13 years. It comes equipped with LED headlights, American Racing wheels, BFGoodrich tires, a dual-outlet Flowmaster exhaust system, and more. The interior has been equipped with new front bucket seats, a vintage-look modern radio, and a trunk-mounted 15-inch Alpine subwoofer. Power comes from a rebuilt, GMC truck-sourced 350ci Vortec V8 with an upgraded camshaft, lifters, and other modifications and is routed by a 3-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels. Refinished in Bright Tangerine with white stripes over a black vinyl interior, this rust-free Oldsmobile is available now with uninstalled door speakers, receipts, the original bill of sale, an owner's manual, and a Saskatchewan Certificate of Registration in the seller's name.
In 2013, the exterior was repainted Bright Tangerine with dual white stripes on the hood. Both ends come with chrome bumpers. Additional brightwork is located on the bodysides, driver-side mirror cap, wheel arches, trunk lid, and dual finishers for the Flowmaster exhaust system. Other features include LED headlights and a body-color rear spoiler. The seller notes there are small rock chips behind the rear tires.
The five-spoke American Racing wheels are set inside of BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. According to the seller, the back tires need to be replaced.
The black vinyl interior is furnished with newer front bucket seats and a rear bench as well as matching door panels and carpeting with custom Cutlass-branded floor mats. Equipment includes manual window cranks, lap belts, a Grant GT steering wheel, a locking center console, a vintage-look modern radio, and rear deck speakers. A body-color 15-inch Alpine subwoofer is mounted in the carpeted trunk. The seller notes this car originally had air conditioning and retains the plumbing for it, but it no longer has the feature.
Instrumentation in the black and orange dashboard includes a 120-mph speedometer, warning lights for various vehicle systems, and a fuel gauge. The odometer currently shows 110K kilometers (~68,351 miles) and reflects the mileage on the upgraded engine, 80 of which have been put on it since it was rebuilt. The true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The rebuilt 350ci Vortec V8 was taken from a 1997 GMC pickup and features an upgraded camshaft, lifters, springs, ported and polished heads, and an Edelbrock air cleaner. According to the seller, it produces 400 horsepower. A 3-speed automatic transmission sends power to a 12-bolt Positraction rear end with 3.73:1 gearing.
A power brake booster and a dual-circuit master cylinder help bring the car to a stop.
Uninstalled door speakers, receipts, the original bill of sale, and an owner's manual will be included with the sale of the vehicle.
