Vehicle Story

This C-code 1967 Ford Mustang has been with the seller for two years and is powered by a 302ci V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Features include power brakes with front discs, power steering, manual windows, late-model wheels, and upgraded TMI sport bucket front seats. This repainted Light Metallic Green Mustang with a two-tone olive and brown vinyl interior is available now and comes with records, receipts, and a clear Texas title in the seller's name.

This Mustang was refinished in Light Metallic Green a year and a half ago. Features include chrome bumpers, dual headlights, grille-mounted fog lights, hood scoops with integrated turn signal assemblies, wheel well and rocker moldings, six taillights, and reverse lights. The seller states there is some body filler where the roof meets the quarter panels on both sides and that the body has received a full weatherstripping replacement.

A set of 16-inch late-model Mustang V6 wheels is wrapped in radial tires.

The TMI sport front bucket seats and the matching rear seat are upholstered in two-tone olive and brown vinyl. Features include olive interior trim sheet metal, brown vinyl door panels with manual windows, olive carpeting with rubber backing for noise reduction, a floor-mounted automatic shifter, and black rubber floor mats. Additional features include an olive steel dashboard with a dark green vinyl top pad, and a Pyle USA digital stereo with Kenwood speakers. The seller notes that the dome light does not work.

A 120-mph speedometer and gauges for the oil pressure, alternator, coolant temperature, and fuel level are located in a panel ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 43,762 miles and the seller believes this to be accurate, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

Power is provided by a 302ci V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Underhood features include an Edelbrock aluminum intake and 4-barrel carburetor, Mallory ignition, a mild cam, tube headers, power steering, and power brakes. Additional features include an aluminum radiator with an overflow tank, black finned aluminum valve covers, a matching air cleaner with a Mustang logo, and a remote alarm system. The seller states the transmission does not downshift when accelerating hard.

This Mustang is factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by upgraded power front discs and rear drum brakes. A full-length dual exhaust exits at the rear. The seller states the rear end has manually adjustable air shocks.

The seller will include records for the paint and body work and receipts for other upgrades with the sale.

Transmission is fine. Just does not shift down via carburetor link when accelerating fast. Works normally. May be carburetor to transmission linkage adjustment for when accelerating fast. I don’t use this as I drive it normal, do not race ir.
