This 1976 Ford Bronco Sport comes from the southwest and reportedly has 57K original miles. It features four-wheel drive, a largely original interior, aftermarket bumpers and wheels, a spare tire carrier, a luggage rack, power steering, power disc brakes, and air conditioning. The 302ci V8 is equipped with a heavy-duty radiator and a new Optima battery and is backed by an automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case. Finished in Tangerine with a white top over a white vinyl interior, this first-generation Bronco is available now and comes with an owner's manual and a clear title.
According to the seller, the Tangerine paint (color code 2) appears to be original, although the paint on the hood appears to have been previously touched up. The body features bright trim and is capped with a white hardtop. Equipment includes aftermarket bumpers with hitch receivers, front tow hooks, a rectangular driver-side mirror cap, a round passenger-side mirror cap, white aftermarket rear fender flares, a flip-up rear window, a fold-down tailgate, a swing-away spare tire and shovel carrier, a swing-away two-tier luggage rack, rear D-ring shackles, and dual exhaust outlets. The seller reports the windshield and all windows are original Ford Carlite glass.
The polished aftermarket wheels and matching spare are wrapped in new BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires.
According to the seller, the white vinyl front bucket and rear bench seating, black floormats, and stickers and decals are original. Other features include Tangerine sheet metal and white vinyl door panels and a black and white dashboard. The cabin is equipped with manual crank windows, a Grant GT steering wheel, air conditioning, a radio, aftermarket transmission and transfer case shift knobs, a locking center console with a pair of cup holders, rear lap belts, and a padded black rollbar.
Vehicle information is displayed on a gear selection indicator and a 100-mph speedometer with a fuel gauge and other readouts. The 5-digit mechanical odometer shows 57K miles, which the seller states are original miles.
Power from the carbureted 302ci V8 is transferred to the road through a C4 automatic transmission and a 2-speed transfer case. The recently serviced engine is equipped with the original factory Ford 1976-dated spark plug wires, a heavy-duty radiator, and a new Optima battery. The transmission is fitted with an external fan-powered cooler.
Conveniences include power steering and power disc brakes. Additional photos showing the underside are available in the gallery to the right.
An owner's manual is included with the sale of the vehicle and a walk-around video is available for viewing.
