OVERVIEW
This reportedly rust-free 1970 Ford Bronco half-cab pickup has been equipped with several upgrades including a 302ci V8 with a dual-exhaust system and electric cut-outs, the bucket seats from a Ford King Ranch truck, and newer aftermarket wheels and BFGoodrich tires. Power is sent to the road through a manual gearbox and a two-speed transfer case. Refinished in red over a saddle leather interior, this first-generation Bronco is available now with a clear Florida title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior has been refinished in red. It comes equipped with chrome bumpers, body-color fender flares, top-mounted wipers, chrome mirror caps, a lined cargo box, rear corner-exit exhaust outlets, and a fold-down tailgate.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
This Bronco rides on a newer set of aftermarket aluminum wheels and BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The single-cab interior is furnished with a pair of saddle leather seats from an early-2000s Ford Super Duty King Ranch, body-color door panels with matching inserts, black carpeting, and a body-color dashboard with a black dash pad. Features include an aftermarket wood-rimmed steering wheel, aftermarket transfer case shift knobs, lap belts, heat, and manual window cranks.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
Vehicle information is delivered through a combination gauge with a 100-mph speedometer and surrounding readouts for the alternator, fuel level, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. The five-digit odometer shows one mile, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown. According to the seller, they have put 100 miles on the vehicle in their one year of ownership. An aftermarket trio of gauges is mounted under the middle of the dashboard.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Originally equipped with a 170ci straight-6, this Bronco now has a 302ci V8 connected to a manual gearbox and a two-speed transfer case. Upgrades include electronic ignition, a Holley four-barrel carburetor, a Holley air cleaner, and an aluminum radiator. According to the seller, the oil and oil filter were changed a few months ago.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The upgraded stainless steel exhaust system features electric cutouts, which are visible in the gallery to the right.
