This 1965 Chevrolet C10 fleetside pickup has been modernized with newer paint and a late-model 5.3-liter Vortec V8 coupled with a 4L60-E 4-speed automatic transmission. Further customization extends to a lowered stance courtesy of an all-new suspension, a set of 17-inch aluminum wheels, replacement wooden bed planks, and a full set of Dakota Digital gauges. Refinished in two-tone gray and white over a reupholstered black vinyl interior, this first-generation C10 pickup is now offered with Georgia registration and bill of sale in the seller's name.
This C10 underwent refurbishment in 2020 that included fresh two-tone gray and white paint along with new glass and seals. The wood planks and stainless steel strips in the cargo area were replaced. Exterior features include a white grille insert, chrome bumpers, dual mirrors, and a two-tone embossed tailgate with chain retention hardware.
New five-spoke 17-inch wheels with polished lips are wrapped in new 255/50 tires.
The cab has a reupholstered black vinyl bench seat with the same color palette carried through to the door panels and replacement carpeting. The two-tone gray and white dash face is color-matched to the exterior. An upgraded wood-rimmed steering wheel has been installed.
Dakota Digital gauges and a new wiring harness were added as part of recent work. Available readouts include a speedometer and auxiliary readouts for the fuel level, coolant temperature, and other vehicle vitals. The true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The upgraded 5.3-liter Vortec V8 breathes through an aftermarket air intake and transfers torque to the rear wheels via a column-shifted 4L60-E 4-speed automatic transmission.
The stance has been modified via a new set of lowering springs and replacement shocks. Stopping power comes from power-assisted discs at the front and drums at the rear.
