OVERVIEW
This 1998 Jeep Cherokee has been with the seller for seven years and is powered by a 4.0-liter inline-six engine backed by a four-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. The exterior was resprayed in the original color of Chili Pepper Red Pearl and rocker panel rust was repaired seven years ago. Features include an off-road front bumper with a winch and driving lights, aftermarket LED headlights, a color-keyed grille, dual power mirrors, a 52-inch roof-mounted LED bar, a roof rack, Bushwacker fender flares, side steps, and LED taillights. The seller notes small spots of rust on the bottom of the doors.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch aluminum wheels with black centers is wrapped in Falken Wildpeak A/T 33x12.50R15 LT tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The front bucket seats and rear seat have been custom upholstered in black and red vinyl with diamond-quilted inserts. Features include door panels with black vinyl diamond inserts, black carpeting, black rubber floor mats, a center console with automatic transmission and transfer case shifters, a digital AM/FM/CD stereo, front and rear cameras with Bluetooth camera connectivity, air conditioning, a gray dashboard with driver- and passenger-side airbags, and a tilt steering column. Power features include steering, brakes, windows, locks, and mirrors.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 100-mph speedometer, 6K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are located ahead of the driver. With 15,500 miles added during current ownership, the odometer reads 83,500 miles, which the seller states is accurate. The last reported mileage on the CARFAX report was 80,340 in 2021.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 4.0-liter inline-6 engine backed by a four-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Underhood features include an aftermarket air intake, a K&N air filter, and a newer battery and radiator. According to the seller, an oil change was recently completed.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Jeep was factory-equipped with solid front and rear axles and part-time four-wheel drive. Power front discs and rear drums bring the vehicle to a stop. The suspension has been upgraded with a 3.5-inch Rough Country lift kit. The seller states that new brakes including brake lines were installed a year ago. ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The CARFAX report starts in August 1998 and shows New York and New Jersey ownership. An accident was reported in December 2009. This vehicle was first classified as a manufacturer buyback or lemon in January 2000. The seller will include service records with the sale.

HI, I am not sure what are you referring to. I went and looked at the jeep and see no leaks.
