ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The 4.6-liter Modular V8 was rated at 305 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque when new. It has been well-maintained per the selling dealer and received a large service within the last 1,000 miles in 2020 which involved the replacement of the spark plug wires, serpentine belt, thermostat and gasket, coolant temperature sensor, drive belts, fuel filter, power steering fluid, and brake fluid. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a console-shifted 5-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.

UNDERCARRIAGE

Braking is handled by four-wheel anti-lock discs.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

The CARFAX report shows minor damage to the left front in 2019. There is an odometer inconsistency reported in August 2022. The sale includes an SVT certificate of authenticity identifying this as unit #492 in its series.
