OVERVIEW
This 1973 Ford F-100 Ranger is powered by a 360ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. It was first sold in August of 1973 to its original owner in Belvidere, Illinois, and has accrued 56K miles since then. Finished in Medium Ginger Metallic over a tan vinyl and cloth interior, this sixth-generation F-Series truck is now offered by the selling dealer with owner documentation, an owner's manual, and a clear Wisconsin title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This F-100 Styleside pickup is coated in its reportedly original Medium Ginger Metallic paint and features chrome brightwork, rocker moldings, tow mirrors, a Ford-branded taillight insert, and a towing hitch.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Steel 15-inch wheels with full covers are wrapped in whitewall tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly original interior is fitted with a tan vinyl and cloth folding bench seat, matched to the door panels, dash, and carpeting. The dash is trimmed with simulated woodgrain. Amenities include a heater, lap belts, a push-button radio, and dome lighting.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation consists of a 100-mph speedometer along with gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 56K miles, although the true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 360ci V8 uses a two-barrel carburetor and transfers power to the rear wheels via a column-shifted three-speed automatic transmission.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The sale includes owner’s booklets and documentation from the original sale. The selling dealer has provided a walkaround video that includes footage of the engine idling below.

@pickupman3 – Has the truck been in an accident on the right front side, and is that a dent on the hood, front right side lower end? ...
The truck has never been in a accident and retains all of its original paint. There is a small dent in the hood above the passenger headlight.
