OVERVIEW
This 1977 Ford F-150 Ranger XLT was one-family-owned until April of 2022 and is powered by a 351-2v V8 paired with a floor-shifted manual transmission. It retains its original finish, which now has a visible patina, and comes equipped with several new parts, which include Hankook tires, brakes, and a steering coupler. Finished in two-tone Dark Jade Metallic and Jade Glow over a green vinyl and cloth interior, this sixth-generation F-150 is now offered with a Deluxe Marti Report and British Columbia registration in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This F-150 regular-cab long-bed pickup spent its life in British Columbia with the previous owner's family and wears a two-tone Dark Jade Metallic and Jade Glow finish that shows a patina consistent with its age. Exterior features include tow mirrors, an antenna, mud flaps, and a tow-ready step bumper. The seller notes that there are some small rust holes in the bed.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Steel 15-inch wheels with polished caps are wrapped in new Hankook 235/75 whitewall tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cab is equipped with a green vinyl and cloth bench seat, matched with the door panels, dash, and carpeting. The instrument panel and steering wheel are accented with woodgrain overlays. Amenities include Ranger XLT badging, a heater, and an Aeronutronic push-button AM radio. There are tears in the seat bottom as shown in the photo gallery to the right.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Vehicle information is displayed via an 85-mph speedometer and surrounding gauges for the oil pressure, fuel level, voltage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 37K miles, although the true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
According to the seller, this truck previously sat in a carport for eight years. The 351-2v V8 received a recent tune-up and a fresh battery. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a floor-shifted manual transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The seller states that the brakes, steering coupler, and sway bar bushings are new.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The sale includes a Deluxe Marti Report.
