OVERVIEW
This 1988 Pontiac Fiero GT is a two-door, two-seat sports coupe powered by a mid-mounted L44 2.8-liter V6 coupled with a three-speed automatic transaxle. It is unmodified from new and comes factory-equipped with a sunroof, a rear spoiler, quad exhaust outlets, and power interior features. Finished in Dark Cherry Metallic over a Medium Dark Gray cloth interior, this final-year Fiero is now offered on consignment by the selling dealer with an owner’s manual, service records, accompanying booklets, a clear CARFAX report, and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This Fiero comes from the final year of the model’s production run and wears Dark Cherry Metallic paint along with black side moldings and mirror caps. Features include pop-up headlights, a pop-open sunroof, a rear decklid spoiler, and quad exhaust outlets.

Gold aluminum 15-inch Diamond-Spoke wheels with silver lips are wrapped in Kumho tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is fitted with dual Medium Dark Gray cloth bucket seats matched to the door panels, center console, dash, and carpeting. Amenities include air conditioning, a leather-wrapped and tilt-adjustable steering wheel, cruise control, window tint, power windows, power door locks, and a Delco AM/FM/cassette stereo with an equalizer.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation consists of a 120-mph speedometer, a 6,500-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads 43,069 miles; the last mileage figure entered on the CARFAX report in June of 2013 is 42,712 miles.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The mid-mounted 2.8-liter L44 V6 is fed via multi-port fuel injection and was factory-rated at 135 horsepower and 160 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is directed to the rear wheels via a console-shifted three-speed automatic transaxle.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Stopping power comes from power-assisted and ventilated disc brakes.
