OVERVIEW
This modernized 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air two-door hardtop has driven 2,445 miles since undergoing complete cosmetic and mechanical restoration and is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 paired with a 4-speed 700R4 automatic transmission. Equipment includes Weld wheels, a Magnaflow dual exhaust system, a custom center console, and a JVC audio system. Finished in two-tone turquoise and white over a white leather interior, this Bel Air is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear Florida title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This Bel Air two-door hardtop was repainted two-tone turquoise and white as part of a comprehensive cosmetic refurbishment within the last 3K miles. The badging and trim were shaved from the hood and trunk lid for a streamlined look, and exterior features include replacement chrome brightwork, dual sideview mirrors, and a Magnaflow dual exhaust system with polished outlets.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Polished aluminum five-spoke Weld wheels are wrapped in good tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is trimmed with white leather power-adjustable bucket seats up front and a bench in the rear, complemented by matching materials for the custom center console, door panels, and headliner. The dash face is accented in aluminum trim, and amenities include air conditioning, lap belts, a JVC AM/FM/CD sound system, a dash-mounted clock, floor mats, an APC steering wheel with a tilt-adjustable column, power windows, and power door locks. The trunk is carpeted and upholstered to finish off the complete show-quality interior.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
AutoMeter instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer, accompanied by readouts for fuel level and other vehicle vitals. The digital odometer reads 2,445 miles, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The fuel-injected 5.7-liter V8 resides in an engine bay with chrome dress-up accents and color-matched details. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a column-shifted 4-speed 700R4 automatic transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Photos showing the refinished black-painted underside are available in the carousel. Steering is power-assisted, and stopping is handled by power front disc brakes and rear drums.
