1975 Chevrolet Corvette

This 1975 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is finished in Plum Crazy Purple over a silver leather interior. Power is provided by a newly installed crate 350ci V8 engine paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission. Acquired by the seller in 2015, the car has been used as a daily driver and equipped with a new steering rack and aftermarket air conditioning. Features include pop-up headlights and an AM/FM radio. Offered with the original owner's manual and some maintenance records, the Stingray is now offered for sale on a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.

Finished in Plum Crazy Purple, a factory Dodge color, the Corvette was repainted in its current hue in 2018. Cracks on the fiberglass body were noted at that time but repaired while scratches are shown on the clearcoat photos are available in the gallery. Other exterior features include removable T-Tops, pop up headlights, and urethane bumpers front and rear.

 

15” slotted steel wheels are equipped with chrome trim rings and center caps with faux knock-off spinners. BF Goodrich Radial TA tires measure 215/70 in the front and 255/60 in the rear. Braking is provided by power-assisted discs front and rear.

The interior features bucket seats upholstered in silver leather with matching carpets, door panels, and dash. The seats feature white piping, which shows signs of wear on the driver's seat. A Kenwood AM/FM radio with cassette deck installed in the factory location. Additional features include air conditioning, power windows, and a tilt/telescoping steering wheel.

Behind the aftermarket wood steering wheel sits a 160mph speedometer and a 7K-rpm tachometer. The center stack houses additional gauges with readouts for fuel, water temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage, and an analog clock.79K miles are shown on the odometer, though true mileage is unknown.

Under the hood sits the newly installed 350ci V8 engine backed by a 3-speed automatic transmission. The engine carries with it a 3 year/100K mile warranty that is still intact. A new steering rack was also recently installed.
