OVERVIEW
This restored 1982 Chevrolet Corvette is powered by a 350ci V8 backed by a four-speed automatic transmission. Features include a carburetor conversion, power steering, power brakes, a newer air conditioning system, cruise control, power windows and locks, and T-tops. Refinished in metallic silver over a maroon leather interior, this C3 Corvette is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a CARFAX report and a clear Tennessee title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior has been refinished in the reportedly original color of metallic silver within the past five years. Features include color-keyed urethane bumpers, pop-up headlights, a forward-tilting hood, color-keyed sport mirror caps, heated rear glass, and mirrored removable T-top panels. The selling dealer notes cosmetic damage on the front bumper caused by a car backing into it that is not reflected in the CARFAX report.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch aluminum Corvette wheels is wrapped in 255/60/R15 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires installed in 2021.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The power bucket seats are upholstered in maroon leather. Features include a center console with an automatic transmission shifter and controls for the power windows, power steering, power brakes, power locks, a tilt and telescoping steering column, and a working aftermarket AM/FM stereo. According to the selling dealer, the air conditioning system received new parts within the last 18 months.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 140-mph speedometer, a 7K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, and battery voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 80,589 miles, which the selling dealer believes to be accurate. According to the CARFAX report, the last reported mileage was 76,334 miles in October 2021.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 350ci V8 backed by a four-speed automatic transmission. Underhood features include a carburetor conversion, black-finned aluminum valve covers, an HEI distributor, and a windshield washer. The carburetor conversion includes an aluminum intake, a four-barrel carburetor, and an Edelbrock air cleaner.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Corvette is factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power discs. An exhaust system with a single catalytic converter exits at the rear with dual tips.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The CARFAX report starts in September 1999 and shows an accident-free history with ownership in Connecticut, North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. The selling dealer charges a $359 documentation fee in addition to the sale price.

@GregInCA – If it was an '82 it would have a chrome "CROSSFIRE INJECTION" emblem in front of the door above the side vent, also there is the carburetor under the hood plainly indicating the fact. The '82 nose emblem is not the same as the one on this vehicle. It's an '80 or '81. ...
@GregInCA As stated in the listing, the engine was converted from Cross Fire to Carbureted under previous ownership. When it was repainted, all new emblems were applied, and potentially the nose emblem was not the correct one for an '82. I can confirm off of the VIN and the title that it is in fact a 1982 model. @AMOZ69 – Bought the exact same vehicle in November 1979 - this is a 1980 Model ...
Check out the VIN on the car, if it was a 1980 it would only be 13 digits and the 6th spot would be an "A". The next year went to the standard 17 digit format and this one has a "C" in the 10th spot making it indisputably an 82. Plus if it was a 1980, carfax wouldn't have an available report
