OVERVIEW
This GT-style 1966 Ford Mustang convertible is an older restoration that has a "pony" interior with woodgrain trim, a center console, an upgraded radio, and embroidered floor mats. It is powered by an upgraded 302ci V8 paired with an automatic transmission and comes with 14-inch styled steel wheels on Uniroyal whitewall tires. Finished in red with a white retractable top over a parchment vinyl interior, this first-generation Mustang is now offered by the selling dealer with a vinyl convertible top boot and a clear Wisconsin title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
This Mustang GT-style convertible underwent restoration under prior ownership. The body is coated in red and complemented by a white retractable top. Features include fog lamps, dual mirrors, white GT rocker decals, a trunk-mounted luggage rack, and dual exhaust outlets.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Styled 14-inch steel wheels are wrapped in 195/75 Uniroyal Tiger Paw whitewall tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The "pony" interior is fitted with parchment low-back bucket seats up front and a bench in the rear, matching door panels, and red carpeting and embroidered floor mats. Features include a heater, lap belts, a push-button radio with remote-controlled auxiliary Sirius XM connectivity, a center console with cup holders, and woodgrain trim on the dash, console, and steering wheel. The trunk is lined with a plaid vinyl mat and contains a spare tire with a matching cover.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a clock, and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 93,600 miles, but the actual mileage on this car is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The upgraded 302ci V8 directs torque to the rear wheels through a console-shifted automatic transmission.
UNDERCARRIAGE
