OVERVIEW
This reportedly rust-free 1966 Ford Country Sedan Wagon is powered by a 352ci V8 engine paired with a rebuilt carburetor and a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include three-row seating, rear jump seats, full hubcaps, an AM radio, and new parts, including the battery and spark plugs. Finished in Wimbledon White over a red vinyl and cloth interior, this Ford wagon is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear Pennsylvania title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior is finished in the original color of Wimbledon White (color code M). Features include chrome bumpers, an aluminum grille, a fender-mounted antenna, bodyside trim, wheel well and rocker trim, Country Sedan emblems, a side-opening tailgate, and rear bumper-mounted entry step pads. Photos in the gallery to the right show paint imperfections in the form of small dents, chips, and pitting.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of Wimbledon White steel wheels is wrapped in whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The front and middle seats are upholstered in red vinyl with cloth inserts; the rear jump seats are covered in red vinyl. The middle and rear seats can be folded down flat for cargo storage. Features include manual windows, steering, and brakes; a column-mounted automatic shifter; and an AM radio. Wear is visible on the driver's side of the front bench.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 20,432 miles but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 352ci big-block Ford V8 is backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. Underhood features include a black firewall and inner fenders, blue valve covers, a red closed-element air cleaner, electric windshield wipers, and a windshield washer system. The selling dealer states that new spark plugs and a new battery have been installed, an oil change has been performed, and the carburetor has been rebuilt.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This wagon was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by manual drum brakes. A single exhaust system exits at the rear. Additional photos of the undercarriage can be seen in the carousel to the right.
