OVERVIEW
This Brazilian-built 1975 Volkswagen Vanagon is powered by an air-cooled flat-four engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Features include manual brakes and steering, an AM/FM radio, safari windows, and dual side mirrors. Finished in red and white over a black vinyl interior, this Volkswagen van is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior is finished in white over red. Features include white bumpers with overriders, a chrome front VW emblem, front safari pop-out windows, dual mirrors, sliding door glass, sliding rear side glass, and a hinged rear liftgate. The selling dealer notes some exterior paint flaws.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of slotted white VW wheels with chrome VW-branded hub caps is wrapped in radial tires. The selling dealer notes that the front driver-side hub cap is missing.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The front, center, and rear seats are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include white vinyl interior trim and door panels, manual brakes and steering, sliding door and rear side glass, an AM/FM radio, and a floor-mounted manual shifter. A detailed walk-around video can be seen below.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 120-km/h speedometer, warning lights for the generator and oil pressure, and a fuel gauge are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 11,810 kilometers (7,338 miles), but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by an air-cooled flat four-cylinder engine and backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Underhood features include a chrome dog house, a chrome engine tin, and a body-colored engine compartment.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This VW was factory-equipped with an independent torsion bar front suspension and an independent torsion bar rear end. A single exhaust system exits at the rear. Braking is provided by four-wheel manual drums.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The selling dealer notes that Minnesota residents are responsible for tax, license, and title procurement fees. Out-of-state buyers will have to pay a $125 title procurement fee.

How is the undercarriage for rust? Any rust issues anywhere?

@storman.norman26 – Do you feel that I would feel comfortable driving theVW from AZ to Washington State. Mechanically sound correct everything works as it should? ...
Thanks for the question. While I dont know of any reason why you couldnt drive it whereever you want to, I do always remind people that these are "old" cars. Rather than risking a breakdown somewhere across the country, I recommend getting it to your town, your garage, and get to know the vehicle before venturing cross country. But hey, at the end of the day its your decision either way! :)

@uniqueclassiccars – You would be correct...EXCEPT...this was a Brazilian built unit, they carried over the body style long after the other one. It is confusing, but that is what we have been able to find out about it. Thanks for the comment. ...
Yes you are correct I just did not see the van was made by a Brazilian Company. My mistake!
@rtrout45 – This is a 65 not a 75.I had a 73 Camper & this is not what is advertised. ...
