1972 Chevrolet Blazer 2WD

This 1972 Chevrolet Blazer rides on a 3" drop and is finished in orange with a black soft top over a black interior. Power is provided by a 327ci V8 paired with a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission and is sent to the rear wheels through a 12-bolt rear end. The truck is equipped with power steering, front disc brakes, and factory air conditioning, and recent additions include a new soft top, body mounts, dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers, Cooper Cobra radials, and Bazooka sound system. Located in Bradenton, Florida, this first-generation Blazer is offered with a clear Michigan title.

The truck is finished in orange with a newly installed removable black soft top from softtopper.com. CST level trim is featured throughout the truck, including simulated woodgrain paneling on the tailgate with Chevrolet lettering, black side moldings, and CST badging on the top of the doors. All chrome and trim are in good condition with no indications of pitting or flaking. 

The truck rides on 15" Rallye wheels wrapped in new 225/70 Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires, measuring in the front with 255/70 rubber in the rear. Braking is provided by power discs in the front with drums in the rear, and the suspension has been modified to lower the truck's stance by 3".

The interior is fitted with black bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl with cloth inserts and a matching rear bench. Black carpeting covers a center console is mounted between the front seats. The doors are finished in orange with black inserts and house additional component speakers each for the stereo system, with an Alpine stereo head unit mounted in the dash and two 10" subwoofers in a ported box behind the rear seat. Additional features include air conditioning, manual roll-up windows, and a tilt steering column. The seller notes paint scratches on the driver-side door sill.

The gauge cluster sits behind a factory-style three-spoke wheel and consists of a 100mph speedometer, tachometer, and additional gauges for fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The odometer reads approximately 67k miles, 100 of which have been added by the seller. True mileage is unknown.

Power comes from a 1966 date coded 327ci V8, originally rated at 275 horsepower from the factory. A TH350 3-speed automatic backs the small block, which is equipped with a 600 CFM Carter 4-barrel carburetor and a Holley Contender intake. The power is sent to the rear wheels through an open 12-bolt rear end with 3.73 gears.

All body mounts have been replaced, and the exhaust system has been upgraded with full-length headers and dual pipes with Flowmaster mufflers. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.
