OVERVIEW
This 1996 Chevrolet Corvette 3LT convertible is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 engine backed by a 4L60-E four-speed automatic transmission. Finished in white with a tan convertible top over a Light Beige leather interior, this C4 Corvette is available now and comes from the selling dealer with wheel locks, a hardtop removal tool, owner’s manuals and instructions, an equipment list, a CARFAX report, and a clear Arizona title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior is finished in white and features hide-away headlights, color-keyed bumpers, color-keyed power mirror caps, a color-keyed removable roof panel, a power antenna, and a tan canvas convertible soft top with a heated glass rear window.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 17-inch wheels is wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The power bucket seats are upholstered in Light Beige leather. Other power features include the steering, brakes, windows, and locks. Additional features include dual airbags, air conditioning, automatic climate control, a digital AM/FM/CD stereo, a tilt steering column, cruise control, a center console, and a color-keyed convertible top boot.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A digital speedometer, a 6K-rpm analog tachometer, a digital fuel gauge, and analog readouts for the oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 70,212 miles, which is in line with the mileage shown on the CARFAX report.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 5.7-liter V8 engine backed by a 4L60-E four-speed automatic transmission. The air intake and emissions equipment are original and unmodified. An oil change, safety inspection, and fluid check was completed in December 2022.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Corvette was factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive axle. Braking is provided by four-wheel power discs. A factory exhaust system exits at the rear.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The CARFAX report starts on May 20, 1996 and shows ownership in Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas. An accident was reported on September 21, 1998. The selling dealer will include wheel locks, a hardtop removal tool, owner’s manuals and instructions, and an equipment list as part of the sale. They charge a documentation fee of $349 in additional to the price of the car. Arizona buyers must pay Arizona sales tax and applicable registration fees as well as the $349 documentation fee.
@WildScotty – Our inspection on the car determined that all systems on the car are working, as intended, including those that you mentioned, and there are no fluid leaks beyond normal seepage from use. This Corvette is very dry and tight underneath. The only thing that is not working properly at the moment is the horn.
