OVERVIEW

EXTERIOR - FEATURES

The exterior is finished in tan and features a new white front bumper, a white grille with a halogen headlight conversion, a non-1965 hood, and new mirrors. Additional features include a white upper cab finish, a short fleetside pickup box, a body-color rear bumper with dealership markings, and a trailer ball hitch. EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of 15-inch steel wheels with Ford dog dish hub caps is wrapped in whitewall tires. The selling dealer states that the tires and wheels were recently balanced.

INTERIOR - FEATURES

The bench seat is upholstered in brown and tan vinyl. Features include new tan carpeting, cream interior sheet metal, manual steering, a cab-mounted fuel tank with a new fuel sending unit and filler neck hose, new body wiring, two-speed windshield wipers, and manual windows. New parts include the heater core, blower motor ducting, turn signal switch, firewall heat insulation panels, glass vertical run channels, anti-rattle felt, door seals, vent window frames, vent window seals, door and ignition locks with Ford-style keys, driver-side sun visor, and upgraded wiring harness and fuse panel. Recently rebuilt parts include the steering column, emergency brake components, and window lift assemblies. The selling dealer states that the headliner is not present.

INTERIOR - GAUGES

The set of analog Dolphin gauges in the silver panel ahead of the driver includes a 140-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and readouts for the fuel level, water temperature, alternator, and oil pressure. The digital odometer reads 68,348 miles, which the selling dealer believes is accurate.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a rebuilt 240ci inline six-cylinder engine and backed by a three-speed manual transmission with a new clutch disc, pressure plate, and throw-out bearing as well as a resurfaced flywheel. Underhood features include an upgraded one-barrel carburetor with an automatic choke, a new air filter and housing, a new inline fuel filter, new fuel hoses, and a PerTronix electronic ignition and coil. Other newly installed parts include the spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and rotor, PCV valve and grommet, two-row aluminum radiator, upper and lower radiator hoses, coolant recovery tank, ACDelco 75-amp alternator, fan belt, battery cables and terminals, steering column rag joint, and clutch Z-bar bushings.

UNDERCARRIAGE

This Ford truck was factory-equipped with an independent twin I-beam front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Chassis and suspension upgrades include four new Gabriel heavy-duty gas shock absorbers and new Dorman Products rear emergency brake cables. Braking is provided by power CPP (Classic Performance Products) front discs and rear drums. The front disc brake conversion kit upgrade includes new kingpins, kingpin bushings, spindles, wheel bearings, and seals. New front and rear brake lines and new hydraulic flex hoses have been installed. The selling dealer states that the rear brakes and wheel cylinders have been inspected and are in new condition. The transmission and rear differential fluid levels have been topped off.
