OVERVIEW
This restored 1972 Chevrolet Chevelle convertible is powered by a 350ci V8 upgrade backed by an automatic TH350 transmission. Features include power steering, power brakes, a power convertible top, power windows, and an Alpine AM/FM/CD stereo. Finished in Teal Blue Metallic and equipped with a white vinyl convertible top over a reupholstered black vinyl interior, this Chevelle is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
The exterior is finished in Teal Blue Metallic with SS-style silver stripes. Features include chrome bumpers, a black grille with aluminum trim, dual mirrors, rocker and wheel well trim, a power white convertible top, and a rear-mounted power antenna. A set of polished aluminum American Racing wheels is wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The front and rear bench seats are upholstered in newer black vinyl. Features include power steering, windows, and brakes; a column-mounted automatic shifter; and an AM/FM/CD stereo.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer, a clock, and a fuel gauge are located ahead of the driver. An 8K-rpm Super Pro tachometer and an AutoMeter panel with readouts for the oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and amps is mounted under the dashboard. The odometer reads 65,620 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 350ci V8 engine and backed by an automatic TH350 transmission. Underhood features include a body-color firewall, inner fenders, core support, hood hinges, and tie bar. Additional features include finned aluminum valve covers, an aluminum intake, a four-barrel carburetor with an electric choke, a finned aluminum air cleaner, and a windshield washer.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Chevelle was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A full-length dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
