OVERVIEW
This two-owner 1972 Rolls-Royce Corniche has been with the seller for five years and is powered by a 6.75-liter V8 backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include power windows, power front bucket seats, an AM/FM stereo, an 8-track player, a power antenna, air conditioning, power steering and brakes, and cruise control. Under current ownership, the suspension, hydraulics, brakes, and interior have received service. Finished in Golden Sand and equipped with a Dark Brown Everflex roof over a Dark Brown aniline leather interior, this Rolls-Royce coupe is available now and comes with vehicle purchase documents, maintenance records, and a clear California title in the seller's living trust's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior was refinished approximately 12 years ago in the reportedly original color of Golden Sand. Features include chrome bumpers, a chrome grille with a Spirit of Ecstacy ornament, brown side stripes, a Dark Brown Everflex roof, rocker trim, a driver-side mirror, and a power antenna. The seller states that all chrome is in excellent condition and no body damage or rust is present.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 15-inch black steel wheels with reconditioned and polished Rolls-Royce hub caps and bright trim rings is wrapped in whitewall radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bucket seats and the rear seat are upholstered in Dark Brown aniline leather. Features include power windows with rebuilt mechanisms, power front bucket seats, an AM/FM stereo, an 8-track player, a power antenna, air conditioning, power steering and brakes, a center console, a column-mounted automatic shifter, woodgrain accents, new wool carpeting, and cruise control. The seller states that new windshield, rear window, and door weatherstrips have been installed.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a 6K-rpm tachometer, a 130-mph speedometer, and readouts for the fuel level and other vehicle systems. A new quartz clock has been installed. With 5,000 miles added during current ownership, the odometer reads 104,000 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 6.75-liter V8 and backed by a three-speed automatic transmission. The seller states that all fluids were changed six months ago and a new battery cable has been installed.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Rolls-Royce was factory-equipped with a fully independent suspension and a hydraulic self-leveling rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power four-wheel discs. A single exhaust system exits at the rear. The seller states that the exhaust, trunnions, spheres, and hydraulic components have been replaced with correct Rolls-Royce parts. They also state that work has been performed on the suspension and brakes.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
The seller will include all documents since the car was purchased from the original dealer, including factory build sheets and service records, as part of the sale.

@bmckune – All electrics work, except the last inch up on driver's window. This was found while taking pictures. Both Window motors have been rebuilt and new micro switches installed. I believe it's the micro switch that failed, I have not looked into it. I have extra switches. The micro switches available today are not as heavy duty as the originals, as they were originally made of Bakelite. Both seats have been removed and the mechanisms cleaned and lubed. I had all the hydraulics (Brakes/Leveling) system, suspension has been rebuilt replaced all with RR parts about 2 years ago. I have all the receipts for this work as well as all receipts dating back to new. I can do the brake pump test if you wish, tell me how you want to see this? ...

@srd6 – Do all electrical functions work (windows, seats, accessories, etc.)? Can you do the brake pump test (standard for SY cars) and inform when the brake warning lights illuminate? Is there any corrosion on the body or cracking of the paintwork? ...
